We are holding these auctions to satisfy liens that are held against delinquent rental units. All bidders must have a bidder number. All merchandise is sold as is where is. There are no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied on any items sold at these auctions.
All Merchandise must be paid for by the end of the sale. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit cards. We do not accept personal or business checks and all transactions are subject to a 15% buyer’s premium (surcharge). Sales Tax will be charged unless the bidder holds a valid resale license. You will need to bring a copy of the resale license with you if you wish to purchase items on a resale basis.
Typically, we offer anyone who wishes to buy individual items out of a unit the opportunity to do so until we run out of items worthy of individual sale. We then offer the balance of the contents as a "bulk' lot
When you buy the balance of a unit, you will be required to pay a $60.00 cleaning deposit. If you buy more than one unit you must pay $60.00 for each. Your deposit is refundable when you have cleaned out the unit(s) to the managers' satisfaction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who becomes disruptive to our process or for any other reason we deem proper.
There is a one-time fee of $5.00 in order to receive a bidder number for your first auction. Registration is free after that unless you fail to come back for a period of 6 months at which time we will consider you a new customer.
